I am interested in 1 acre n a small home on it .move in ready 80,000$ in Columbia S.C. close to town but country living.i watch ur video sometime and i like what i see .but i need a little land for my chickens n 4 mini terrie dogs .i would like to have a garden to .right now i am going through Bank a program to finance me ,they go by income , so i my be can get 80- 90,000 for a little nice clean home SC on the list .i will be keeping in touch ,when i finish the program in a month or 2 .ty 😊
