You should never really worry about those haste breakpoints as they are just something extra you get with haste. With borrowed time you are already at the extra tick on both hymns so long as you cast PWS before starting the channel. But haste is still our overall best secondary stat and you should never avoid it in favor of anything else. While there are still no true healer sims the priest discord has tested(current stat weight docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1trPVDeWtuK3VhGz92BteIkA9rquZaTngEpMWWJOyP7U/edit?pli=1&gid=1497462003#gid=1497462003 ) and haste is always better than the other secondary stats as long as you aren't going oom in which case you would get more spirit. And while you want Crit as you want to be able to proc inspiration our(Disc) mastery is trash and should always be your reforge stat until we get our 4pc and we are able to start reforging spirit when we have more regen than needed. In your ST rotation you forgot to speak about rapture when shielding the tank which can drastically vary when you will cast your next PWS on the tank. If you cast PW:S right as soon as Weakened Soul falls off most of the time rapture will still be on CD. Unless you timed the shield with a damage spike it could have taken 5+ seconds for the shield to pop which would mean rapture is still on cd when weakened falls out. And as long as you proc rapture with the shield it means it was basically a free shield.

Get the tainted rageheart. It gives you both DMG and mitigation. It passively does DMG every 3 seconds and on use once the shield is broken it does a million DMG. Also using shield 4 times gives you a free wog. Also you shouldn't be worried about doing DMG when a lot of healing is needed. Your job as a healer is to heal. Your group should NEVER be reliant on healer DMG to complete a key. That's a dps and tank issue. There is also another factor in how your tank pulls in the dungeon. I also play hpal and typically I finish with about 100k dps overall in keys. Bigger pulls affect your DMG immensely.

Little add on to this is on pull timer in raid environments use Battle Shout + Berserker rage for the bonus rage and then precast shattering throw for the armor reduction

tip, don't do the stupid soul harvest prepull, your doomguard is one of your most important cds, snapping a huge 16-18k spellpower doomguard is critical for good solid damage, if you soul harvest for an extra shard like 9secs before pull you will proc several important spell power buffs way too early, significantly cucking your doomguard snapshot. id recommend only doing the soul harvest prepull when doomguard is on cd (prog). and even then you're slightly cucking your first big fat bane of doom snapshot aswell. it's just putting all your procs out of sync, if the fights too long and it's necessary for a 4th shard, 1 try to get a drain off on any mob that will die, 2 just hardcast it, it isn't classic really anymore, the cast isn't that ridiculous. there's also times in alot of heroic fights this tier and then next that give you 4secs to get off a pet cast. also you don't swap to felguard when demon soul is off cd, you pop felguard 10secs before, you hit felstorm immediately then you snap ds and switch to felhunter when sb is up, if the fight is purely single target. if the fight isn't and there's any cleave at all then know your spots, the pet twist is very different.

Seedling in M+ is cringe…. And 55k dps overall? You need to lean FAR more into AT and Awakened Faeline to carry your healing. Will make you more mana efficient too. :)

Its a shame they took a bit crap on sod and destroyed PVP, before that 50% nerf came in I thought I was going to play right through till the end and hopefully continue on but that snapped the F straight out of that BS! Never again
