The 1/4-20 threads on the board say "Ensure fasteners are proper length". Could you specify the minimum and maximum screw length ignoring the thickness of the item I'm attaching? Meg3 doesn't have an action camera mount so I want to make use of those 1/4-20 threads.

The depth that the screw can go into the mount plate is about 1/4" - you can go a bit tighter without hurting the board, but that is the depth of the part itself, so you don't want to go below that as you'll start to hit the board itself with the screw.

If you had a puncture bad enough in the tube that the baffle shot to the other side as it’s designed, is that repairable? Can you get it back to center on your own or does it have to be sent back? I can repair a puncture, but can I get the baffle back in place? Love this design and I’m very interested.

Looks great. I’d love to see two options- thicker pvc to protect from fish fins and sharp objects and an option for bow mounting an anchor or anchor pole.

What is the specific valve type used for inflating the foot brace / seat? Compatible with something like the Leafield C7 valve inflators?

We use Bravo valves on all of our inflatables. The valve adapter on the hose of most inflatable pumps are often compatible across valves, but you have to check to make sure. Our electric pump comes with multiple valve adapters to aid in finding the right fit, even if you don't have one of our boards.

Is it normal for it to still let air out after tightening? Mine got 95% better, i tightened more when i noticed some bubbles on my water test. Then it got worse.

I just got my Isle board with this pump. My board is an Isle pioneer 3 max pressure 17PSI. That pump hold until 16PSI ONLY!!! So that force me get the manual Pump to add that extra 1PSI. That was disappointing! Hopefully you upgrade your pump soon!!

That board only requires 13psi-17psi, with 15psi being the ideal. You can absolutely use your board at a couple less than 17psi. It even says the range around your valve on the board. I have the same one.

Seems a waste of your money and time not utilizing these anchor points.... you could have spent 20$ on foam supports instead.... haha Anchor points on soft racks have purpose.... haha

You can certainly anchor to the webbing loops on the soft rack, however it is much more secure to run through the vehicle, and also prevents the rack from riding up at higher speeds.

Great if you add 2 set of velcro paddle holders on each side. we ride 4 to 6 on the 15; and 4 on the 12'.

We recommend using the bungee to secure additional paddles (beyond the 2x that go in the paddle holders) when not paddling.

Inflatables are more buoyant, so will float higher up off the water and give more capacity. A board with a full length deck pad is great so kids can use the space up at the nose of the board. Number one tip for taking out toddlers or any kids is they must wear a life jacket!

Having lost TWO of these $45 dollar fins straight out of the gate following these directions carefully, I HIGHLY recommend properly using the bolt!

Oh no! I trust our customer service team took care of you? Our superbolt is included with all click-fins in case a more secure connection is needed or preferred. We haven't had many issues with lost fins using the click-fin - but if the fin hits something while the board is going backwards, the fin can pop out.

I totally want an Isle, but I don't want a silly fin box. I am bothered by the inability to buy special funds for different situations. So, can I follow the same scenario and replace the Isle proprietary box with a US fin box?

Our fin boxes are US Standard fin boxes on all 2022 and later models. We also offer 3x types of fins for various types of use.
