Great interview. I'd like to find a bank of calls to listen to. Is there a link to a bunch of calls somewhere on the Digg site?

I love the environment y’all present. I’m currently scheduled for my life exam, I’m bring new to the industry but I’m willing to put in the work and find success in as ethical and morally correct way possible. I’d love to work with the team eventually. The 25th is my exam and I couldn’t be more thrilled regardless of the pass or fail. I know either results will lead to greater heights and growth.

Buying leads getting sold to another agent right after? But he def didn’t tie it down hard-
@louthomas3359Күн бұрын
Well i have a very important question? I was interested in joining your agency free lead program. But its a 95% failure rate i understand that. But i just seen you're recent video saying u now giving new ppl old leads 😢 that will even harder to succeed.

I love this! Thank you. I started a 1099 position (non-captive) with a company this week. I have never sold Medicare before but I have already made 8 sales in 4 days. I want to do 20-25 per week. I believe implementing these tips I will be able to do so!

I’m currently in the hiring process of AIL. And my recruiter was completely honest about how difficult things would be in the beginning, and I did actually get a script to memorize and follow. He explain how much I could possibly make in my first year, and it was not as high as 100k. But he did say there is an average of possibly 50k. He was very transparent about the process and how they do things, and ask if I was interested.

Just had an interview with Symmetry and I can tell they are more about recruting than actually selling insurance. I;m sure they sell enough but they are about building a team and selling their leads to you.

I would love to find someone besides symmetry. Everybody says look around .Be sure to read the contract wink , wink. But they don't give any other companies to check out.

The thing is if you’re doing the free leads, then you’re an employee. Maybe not for tax purposes but in reality. Because you aren’t making any investments or managing anything. You have to work the schedule your company sets. And if you don’t perform to the company standards they can just cut you off. Basically fire you. If you do your own leads it’s the opposite. You’re actually running a business and you don’t get fired because the company isn’t investing in leads for you so it’s on you. Not saying free leads is bad but let’s call it what it is. If you want a job. Do free leads. If you want to run a business then don’t.

For most that do free leads, it comes down to this: what's going to make me more money? Entrepreneurship and business ownership are great. But it comes with its fair share of risks (losing money being the biggest one). Truth is, if you own your own business, you have to enforce upon yourself all of the supposed disadvantages mentioned above (setting a consistent schedule, disciplining yourself to the script, leads, etc).

So I got a question about coming to work for DIG Agency. I'm currently working for a life insurance broker and am licensed in FL, CA, UT, ID, WS, MD, LA, CO, TX, GA, MI, OH, TN, AL, AK, MN, WV, VA, and maybe 1 or 2 others that I can't remember. I just got licensed in my domicile of Utah in April and have been selling since then and they bought the license in those additional state quickly for me because I'm a high producer. I signed a non-compete for 9 months with my brokerage and if I was to switch over to DIG agency, would I be able to sell life insurance or wait the remaining 9 months before switching over. Would like some advice as I really like the sales model and script of the DIG agency versus my current brokerage. I can even e-mail the NDA that I signed to David or Tim or whoever to see what can be done. Great video and congrats to Jay on being a beast on the phones.

NDAs don't restrict you from competing with your former agency...(I'm not a lawyer) However, you need to be released from carriers in order to use those same carriers at another agency. That release may depend if you're clear of chargebacks and/or debt with agency. Noncompete is what you might be talking about and it doesn't make sense to sign one of those ever.

When I joined, I was under an NSD, who seemed to want to push the entire team to get to RVPs. It was a constant kick in the ass from him, and it made me realize that if we branch, he makes more money. His house was massive and bought on the backs of many people who didn't make it out that rich. To really sell these products, you'd have to be okay with an entire town hating you. People hate being harassed, and after covid, nobody is looking to invest in long-term investments, 90% of people are stuck on survival, and the market is drying up.
@johnd95418 күн бұрын
RVP's are required by policy to rent/lease storefront office space. Likely that NSD acted as a landlord and made a good chunk of his stated earnings renting space.
