I need to add just one other bias! A very common made one in these days and age of (dis)information overload! If it does not exist as such, I would like to give it the name Compensation bias! I logically came to this myself, so the definition is made up by me too. Any addition or change for the better will only be appreciated! Compensation bias; The bias that arises from compensation of the awareness of another bias, allegedly made by some one else! For example; Take the self-serving bias. You are aware of the self-serving bias. Then you hear someone blame external things for his or her mistake and / or contribute an achievement to his or her own knowledge or training or whatever. Then you accuse that person of falling pray to self-serving bias and thus the mistake is caused by him or her and the achievement is is caused by external factors! This can be just as incorrect! Lots of factors contribute to failure or succes. There almost always is a combination of factors that lead to an outcome. Both positive as negative contributors! The netto outcome determines the succes! Knowing what is correct needs knowledge of all the contributors and the value they gave to a certain outcome! then only maybe you can say anything about the truth of a claim about that outcome! But people are too hasty in their assumptions and the willingness to dedicate a certain reason to a certain person is high in most people, which is due to biases already described in the ones in the video This is something I see more and more! People turn everything around, to the negative for the other. It is in fact a form of "bias-stacking" You can place compensation-bias on every assumption or bias. turn the bias around as a sort of pro anti-bias but then it is anti in itself.

Who has the time to make this crap up?
@MultiTipsie6 күн бұрын
Why crap? It's just analyzing and explaining were behavior comes from! Knowing these and be aware of these biases can prevent you from making them! And prevent you from being just part of the stupid mass out there! You can be highly intelligent and yet be stupid if you let yourself fall into these traps, mostly basedon emotions! Is this just an inconvenient truth for you?

You forgot, "Repeat Bias", Repeating the same topics in a video by making it seem intentional, when in reality, it is lazy editing using AI.

Instead of saying 'Every' in Every video you could try providing a few selections with quality information. For example this is not every economic theory and people who have no economic literacy may not understand or put this into a proper context.
