Really interesting. Having to buy the wall mount and the bottomless filter on the side is a shame though. They had a lot of thoughts on their product, but the commercial strategy is weird. They focus on simplicity, yet, as it costs quite a lot of money and apparently doesnt make that good coffee if you don't have basic knowledge, i'm not quite sure that they will reach this audience. And with the money that i'd waste buying that nice little stand, before putting it in a box forever, I think that i could get their, much needed, accessories...

Yes, knowing how to dial in a shot is needed, but to be fair, this is like any 58mm espresso machine, and the superkop is simpler than most, like Phil said in the video. Phil decided to show off with the bottomless filter (because he's a big geek, and) because filming this technique allows experienced machine enthusiasts to interpret the quality of parts of a machine. A bottomless filter is by no means a required purchase. The stand, we would say, is even less so, sure it's cool mounted to the wall, but it is easier to use on a base that you can move around your kitchen.

@@MaxiCoffee-UK I just mean that we should have the choice. I dont have much space in the kitchen, the wall mount is a big selling point. I wouldnt even consider it without this option. Great product still and thanks for the answer
