Very Nice! I have a question though. I would like to do this for a well established, healthy tank (not a new setup) so the fish will be in bins from start until finished. I'm curious how long that would really be. How much time did you have to allow for the lime to leech out with each soaking? Does it need to be left for days at a time? Or could this be accomplished within a day or two, then return the fish to the tank?

If you knew what I have been fighting for over 5 years, you would never swim in the pond again. I guarantee you! After the Bot flies started coming through my skin and moving in my eyes, I went to the ER thinking they would give me a shot of something and I would be on my way. That was over 4 years ago and i’m sicker today than ever with multiple parasitic infections in my body. I am living a horror nightmare everyday while our corrupt healthcare system refuses to acknowledge my infections. Not just mine but across the nation people are sick because of parasites in the covid injection I didn’t get jabbed m. I became infected from being in pond water. They are conspiring to cover up and not treat parasites which is directly related to them implanting parasites in the shots. I simply share this with you because I would want no one to have to endure what I have and currently him going through. If you wanna swim by cheap above ground pool and use chlorine. But stay out of the pond because not if but when you become infected with the parasite from the pond you were on your own with no help.

Watched this video hoping to find a magic trick for moving all the left over isopods to the new bin. I inherited a colony in a bin that was mostly fras when i got it. Didnt get them moved in time and it crashed. Threw the bin out into the garage over a month ago thinking it was completely dead. Just went to dump the bin in the trash and saw that there are still hundreds of little babies running around in there. Time to spend hrs sifting them all out 1 by 1 lol
