Hallo Walter Mich würde dein Setup in dem Video von der Grundeinstellung (komplett zugedreht) interessieren wie viel Klicks es von da aus offen gedreht ist? Beste Grüße Marco

Werkseinstellung ist 10 Klicks von 20, also Mitte. Von dort nach links 8 Klicks. Für die Crosspiste werde ich 7 Klicks aus Mitte nach links testen obwohl ich auch dort mit 8 Klicks nach Links (S) kein Durchschlagen festgestellt habe.(Allerdings bin ich damit nicht weiter als 5m geflogen ;) )

Thank you for this...I weigh about the same as you and will move towards your settings as a starting point...it seems the majority of current owners think the factory settings are too stiff for off-road. I suspect they are set to accommodate both off road and on the pavement. We have yet to see the Ibex450 in the USA but I have my order in..I am certainly learning a lot about the bike from all the reviews

Hier geht es zwar um die Federung, aber hat jemand von euch sich schonmal mit dem neuen Firmware Update befasst? Wie Europäer können ja leider kein OTA Update machen. Das neue Software Update beinhaltet ein neues mapping was den Gasgriff smoother macht. Habe bei uncle wang auf der Homepage gesehen, dass die china ECU verkauft wird. Ich würde es direkt kaufen, wenn ich wüsste ob es schon das Update beinhaltet

Die Frage wäre ob die China ECU außer der besseren Leistungsabgabe noch irgendwas anderes positives bringt. Im unteren Drehzahlbereich und niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten habe ich ansonsten sowieso immer 1-2 Finger an der Kupplung:)

@@wabo1 die nicht Euro 5 Versionen sind aufjedenfall etwas lauter, haben paar PS mehr. Für diese Version gab es jetzt auch das Update fürs mapping. 150 Euro kostet die ECU. Die Preise sind echt gut für Teile bei dem Bike!

Mehr PS brauche ich eigentlich nicht. Schon jetzt während der Einlaufphase bis 1000 km reicht mir die Leistung bisher. BIn vorher BMW 850 GS gefahren, 95PS aber bestimmt mit allem fast 100kg schwerer. Und eher denke ich darüber, nach die Maschine leiser zu bekommen. Ich empfinde den Geräuschlevel als schon enorm hoch.

Thank you for sharing. The rear shock has 20 clicks. Do you mean rotating the rebound damping all the way clockwise, then 6 clicks anticlockwise or 6 clicks anticlockwise from the mid point (ie. Back from 10 clicks)?

That is done with the 14mm nut which I adjusted at 4 lines. The sag also seems OK for me.

The 14mm bolts are for spring preload only, the left screw is for rebound, and right screw for compression in centre of 14mm bolts.

Yes, from the default factory setting 6 clicks down, anticlockwise.

Beide müssen gleich eingestellt werden, nur die Beschriftung ist einseitig.

Meines Wissens waren die Ausgleichsgewichte zum Ausgleich des Seilgewichtes: Der Wagen weiter oben hat weniger Seil bis zur Umlenkrolle, und dessen Gewicht zieht ja mit.

There was no traction due to much to high tyre pressure. I also have been much to optimistic about my capabilities after such a long time of no enduro riding. And yes, this is a MX bike. I do a little better on MX track I believe ;)

I ride a MX for trail also. Just have to remember t keep the rpm higher via lower trans gears on hillsides. As long as you had fun. All that matters.
