You know that it's a bad fire when you can't get a ladder tower in the air because of the risk. That's crazy

Hopefully there were no injuries to anyone related to this incident, it looked like it was a tough one to put out, with the upper floor and roof burning so fearstly. Thank you to all firefighters everywhere for protecting the citizens of your coverage area.

How is this a "working fire". I don't see any flames, just a lot of camera panning and firemen??

Civilians deploying water lines? Firefighers in "turtle speed mode" using thousands of dollars in equipemment like garden tools. As a former firefighter I have never seen such a bad organisation and lack of motivation.

Just a suggestion from another photographer. Get yourself a tripod, focus on the fire building and keep it there until you're ready to move to another location. I had to quit watching when starting to get motion sickness from all the swinging around of the camera. We all know what fire trucks and spectators look like. Other than that, the still views of the fire were great. Keep the videos comming!

All there new rigs have Qs on em , but rarely hear em use it. Years ago Newark didn’t have Q sirens on any rigs so i guess there used to not using them idk
