How tough are the 3d printed orbits? They are soo crazy expensive and importing them is even more 😱
@starfoxflow78452 жыл бұрын
Way more durable than the plastic ones you see on the internet but not indestructible. Good news is, most of the companies 3D printing them (UFO and WYLD Things) have a lifetime warranty!
@ukfieldninja87302 жыл бұрын
@@starfoxflow7845 ahh ok, there isnt anything on durability of these 3d printed One. I ended up going for a zero orbit. Tbh after import and shipping the ufobjects Tri-force came in at over £300 think ill work up to that one 😱🤣😂
@starfoxflow78452 жыл бұрын
@@ukfieldninja8730 Haha yea, this hobby can get kinda pricy when you get really into it. More so bc you're international. The Triforce is one of the smoothest orbits out there!

@@starfoxflow7845 im still waiting on my zero and ovo handles, hopefully they will arrive next week and can begin, sucking really hard at it until, like you said "you earn it" through practice. Once i have built some skill points and dont just wack myself with it all the time, thats the one id like to have as my "graduation" orbit. I cant believe they dont sell these in the uk and you cant even get the LEDs for em either... 👍

Is it normal at the beginning to get blisters? I practiced for so long and didn’t realize I’d given myself some ginormous blisters… the sides of my middle fingers looks like they have been through a pencil sharpener 😭
@starfoxflow78453 жыл бұрын
oh lord haha, it's part of your rite of passage. You get a little tattered and bruised in the beginning but those who make it through that stage usually end up sticking to it for a while. Wear some bandaids for now :)

Any issues come up for you for the simplex? i saw for "the thing" you said it had issues with the lights turning on for handle tricks like spirals
@starfoxflow78453 жыл бұрын
Yes at times lights might switch with this casing. A lot of orbits have this common issue and a number of factors can play beyond the casing like type of microlight and string length (Handles hitting orbit when doing tricks like the spiral). But if you're looking for a casing that really reduces the odds of misclicks, check out the WYLD SFX-4. Use my code "Starfox" for a discount. Hope this helps! :)
