I've just installed a EKIY T7 on my 2010 Venza. But.... When I turn the car on (not the engine) the unit is working. But when I hit the ignition the unit powers off. Do you know what the issue might be? After I saw the problem I disconnected everything but the power cable (second harness with RCA, 4g, GPS, etc.), and the problem remains. Please help!

If this doesn't work and you don't need your canbus, you can always remove the canbus or check if there is a splitter that connects to the unit and to the canbus. If its from unit to canbus to power then its fine but not both canbus and head unit
