Compared to the maverick blinds how to do feel about the RAM 700 better? Worse?
@ONeillOutdoors

I like the ram better. It’s simple yet perfect size for 2-3 hunters pretty comfortably. It’s lightweight but strong and durable. I’m a big fan.

Question: Can the burner be connected and disconnected from the same propane canister, without having to burn through all the propane in the canister first? So, for example, I made some coffee in the morning and want to separate the burner from the canister for packing in my gear, until using the unit again in the evening. Can I do this? Or once connected, I separate the two until exhausting all the propane in the tank? Thanks!
@ONeillOutdoors
@ONeillOutdoors 6 күн бұрын
Yep. Just make sure the stove is turned to the off position then unscrew it. When you need it again, screw it back on! You can do this as many time as you need or until the canister has ran out fuel. Hope the helps, Mark.

The exact same thing happened to me on several occasions. Optics Planet is total garbage. They showed several of the exact Elcan SpecterDR 1-4 FDE in stock when I purchased it on June 8th of 2024. They kept moving the shipping date out further and further even though they showed the product in stock. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said they have a customer that has been waiting since 2022 for the exact same product. What BS and what a crappy company to deal with. Even in a pinch I would never order from Optics Planet again. Screw those lying pieces of hot crap!!! I would bet money they're all a bunch of Liberal Queers. Freedom isn't free. God bless America! And screw those Democrats at Optics Planet!

Ive noticed a difference, the well known manufactures are talkative, approachable and engaging, the others didnt act like they even wanted to be there.

You are there all day. So it really helps to take breaks from standing around. Then sometimes people do not want to socialize with you because they are indifferent to the stuff you make. Those makers are very passionate about their craft. For example, one time at an art show I was selling my craft. A guest asked to just sit under my booth because I had a bunch of shade. I have not sold anything all day. So I was out 150 bucks. Also, a lot of these makers are introverted as well. So it feels draining to talk to people.

The well known manufacturers are corporations that hire people to represent the company. The small guys are actual makers who would rather be in the shop working with their hands.
