With Sunbridge they currently aren’t allowing clients to purchase a lot and then sit on it for a while, once purchased you must begin the building process within a certain amount of time. However, Sunbridge is in its very infancy right now and will be built over the next 30+ years. There’s some amazing options though if you want to get in now. You are absolutely on point it is an aggressive price the owner is asking for the home. However, homes like this in the Preserve are few and far between. When demand exceeds supply by this far a margin, we see high asking prices. We were not the listing agent on this home, but wanted to share it with the channel to see a beautifully upgraded home in the Preserve.
