Pwede po kaya yung narrow house na ganito din pero mauuna yung 2 bedrooms na may maliit na hallway daanan then living room tapos kitchen, then toilet/laundry area? Papataasan namin kasi bahay ng parents ko at gagawa ng separate outdoor stairs pa second floor. Ano po sa tingin nyo?

I'd like to move the bathroom door to the left next to the stairs, i don't want dust from the stairs to go to the stove/food, plus the smell of coking will go straight out of the right side window

love the design but hate the presentation. it focuses too much on exterior views & tiny little details like the porch chairs and the painting. it would have been better if you showed the front left right & rear elevations first, then roof, then floor plan, then proceeded to give a 3d tour of all the areas of the house starting from the front door.

Best bathroom design Ive seen on a tiny house. Only change i would make is swap out some of the floor to ceiling windows and put a stacked washer/dryer in the storage closet instead. Lots of potential in this design. You'd have to have 1 or 2 small chest of drawers or a rolling clothes rack in the loft area to make it work but for more, its a better use of the space. Like the the way natural lighting is let in in the other areas, just that front wall of glass would need changed

Sir ganda po ng tiny house design nyo. baka nmn pwd maka request ng tiny house design again with 35 sq. na elevated para iwas sa baha with 2 bed rooms and the 2 bed po may extra slot for the guest to sleep over NO 2ND FLOOR and 1 toilet para isang malaking split typ na aircon lang magamit sa buong bahay na may SOLAR ENERGY SA tuktuk. kitchen has a magical folded dining table.electri stove should be near the sink and space for chopping area. granite tiles color black.bka malagyan pa ng car parking if possible in this 35sq. space dn para garden na gusto ng mother ko. gusto ko ang kulay nakikkita ko sa bahay ang black and white, red, wood typ colors, gray, ash gray, sky blue. ako pala e isang ofw sir na 10 years nang nasa uae na wala pang bahay kaming dalawa lng kasi ng mother magkasama loan kasi gagawin ko sir by next year sa pag ibig na purchased a lot and house construction ang loan ko. sana sa design and good materials na ilalagay sa bahay sana wag ng umaabot sa 1Million. 1Million maximum or less ang gusto ko. please pa tulong nmn sir

Cute but the all glass would be too hot, unsafe during a storm with hail or water surges, flooding. Why on earth would you build a home on a tiny island 🏝 with no access to land? You don’t even have a dock for a boat 🚤 for emergency. Not practical by the ocean because of sea levels rising from global warming.

Maybe its better to switch out the position of the ref and the stove? Or better add a wall enclosure on the stairs so that the stove is not expose to the stairs.

58sqm po ang lupa namin. Mga anong size po ng bahay ang pwedeng ipatayo dun. Ung mejo sagad na po kahit wala na masyadong space for bakuran.by feet po. Thanks😊
