Good option for a quick stretch immediately after run, then do a longer recovery stretch later on after shower/food 🙂

I always get a sore back after a long run - was still achey after a post run stretch routine so did this after - amazing top up, sorted me right out 🙂

One side feels different to the other.. what's that mean. When I do right side it actually hurts my hip all way up my back.. Or half way up my back as if my rib cage is bending in awquard to meet the hip coming up or something?

Oh dear, I wish I'd watched this video a month or so ago. I had some hip pain and was doing figure 4s -- and succeeded in making it worse. I get it now, as you say at 1:20 stretching can make already inflamed muscles worse. Will watch all in this series to see if I can learn how to strengthen the hip muscles properly. Good luck with this channel!
