So I connect the front basket and used all 4 of the nuts at the bottom, but there’s no screws for the bottom of the rear basket….was it suppose to only come with 4 of the bolts for the bottom? I need help

You can take a nut and go to the hardware store to find a similar 6mm one. If you can't find it, we can also send you a nut.😀

If you put on a new seat, r u still able to pop the seat up to remove battery or do u have to take the whole post out?

The seat post's structure of U7 is quite special. It has a flip-up function. If you want to put a new seat for your u7 ebike, you need to bend the flip-up lever bar to allow the seat to be flip up the seat, if you you don't bend the lever bar a little to allow the seat to be fliped up, you need to take the entire seat post to remove the battery out.😀

What is the meaning of A9 (power assist orientation)?

Direction of rotation of the pedal. We recommend don't change it🙅♂. "0" means only if you rotate the pedal clockwise, the PAS will provide a boost. But if you change the number, rotate the pedal counterclockwise will also provide power. So please keep it "0", only clockwise derection, to avoid any unexpected activation.

Can throttle be set to full power on all PAS settings?

Level- 5 is the full throttle mode, which can't be set separately. The PAS and throttle are under the same setting, and they are working with each other. If you change the throttle in 1-5 level, the PAS will change too and has the same speed. level 1 is 20% level 2 is 40% level 3 is 60% level 4 is 80% level 5 is 100% (full power of the throttle)

Mine hits 25 mph throttle only using a gps speedometer, but if I pedal for my life in 8th gear I can get to 29mph.

What are the dimensions of your tote? Where did you get the tote? I just received my vitilan u7 via fedx TODAY! I sold my non folding radrunner plus which I loved, rode great but didn’t fold. This vitilan had so much torque, and was less bulky. I was able to have plenty of pedal extension while my feet would still touch the pavement. I’m glad I saw reviews of hill testing where this was one of the best, with the best costing over $3000.

I've had my V3 for just over a week and love it. I Got a pinch flat the second day I had it but, that could happen with any bike. I had issues with the breaks squeaking but, I think that issue has been resolved. I love the speed and maneuverability of the bike. I already have over 170 miles on it because, I ride it every day. I call it an fbike because, the F stands for FUN!
