За пол года они проржавели и теперь ни какой режим самоочистки не спасает. Ржавчина по всему баку и следы от нее остаются на белых вещах. Это очень плохо(((.

It was really a high quality product.Does it exist any standard of quality for washing mashine Gorenjie in Russia today? I bought one in November 2023. February,10 2024 the sealing collar was broken. I used my washing machine according to the instructions, so it was not my fault it was broken. No guarantee, no adequate reaction of dealers, no information about sealing collars( i am sure the problem is in quality of rubber for collars or in enjenear construction of mashine.)No help- just pay for strange quality ones more. No guarantee it will serve longer than the priviast one. No contacts of quality menagers of Gorenjie company. Dealers say about courts, but i'm not a lower and have neither time no money for lowers. I' d like to enjoy using your technologies but not enjoy having jurisdictional practice. I bought your washing machine in Moscow Region. Orehovo- Zuevo. Russia. Mam taką lodówkę od kilku miesięcy i zdecydowanie nie polecam. Od początku jest z nią problem, nie chłodzi, serwis olewa klienta, wymienia jakieś części i dalej jest to samo. Jedna wielka porazka
