Men's mental health is a very important issue that needs much more attention. While this podcast does have some good take aways, it loses its significance by focusing more on a failed relationship and how a single mother dealt with her children that caused a difficult childhood than actual men's mental health and finding the treatment and support that you need. There is a tactful way to discuss difficult life events, and there are people who lack the maturity to address things in a healthy way and move on. He's obviously very hurt by both of these things and is using this as an outlet to be able to tell his side of the story without the other people involved having any kind of input. I hope he gets the help he needs to be able to actually address his issues and move on. Ladies--He's single! And here's an example of what he'll do when you break up: manipulate the story to fit his agenda and put it on a podcast for the world to see.
