Enjoyed this introduction to the Humboldtii release. I found the conversation about the different aspects of oak: species, regional variations, previous contents, etc, fascinating. On my second bottle Ro2. Really enjoying how clean yet flavour full the whiskey is. Live in Oz so finding other expressions difficult. Next time im back in UK will be looking for different bottlings. Looking forward to future age stated whiskey 👍

This New distillery really know what they are doing! I just bought a bottle of the R-01.1 went home open it then went back to the store and bought another one😂😂! Beautiful work! Can't Wait to see what they gonna Come Up next.
