Mon copain a essayé de recréer une scène d'un film d'amour où ils s'embrassent sous la pluie. Cela s'est terminé par une glissade sur la chaussée mouillée et un rire hystérique🍭

Thank you. I needed to hear his. It's easy to get complacent. And just go thru the motions. Thinking it will work it self out. No have to take action and make it happen. I've been threw and delt with many things but we are still in control of us and can change that

Damn, thanks so much for your information! That actually makes so much sense, now I should have something to do when I wake up early in the morning. Hopefully the stretching helps, and I hope I will be able to complete my challenge of doing 100 pull-ups for 30 days and do it correctly enough to see results. This will help me a ton, so thank you so much for your advice, Trevor, you've earned another subscriber!

Thanks for the advice. I am able to make steady, continuous progress with this program. I have been doing EMOM pull up / push up super sets. I double the number of pull ups for the push ups. Today I achieved 14 rounds of 5 pull ups and 10 push ups Every Minute On the Minute. Hittin' it three times a week as advised in the video. Looking forward to rounds of 6/12 next week. As a retired Marine, I've done some pull ups in my time; this program has given me more consistant progress than anything else I have tried. Good stuff! Thank you!

Every time I see one of your videos, I mean to ask you how to deal with an upper bicep tear I suffered about 8 months ago. I am not in constant pain but I do have periods where some part of my shoulder is in pain. You being very knowledgeable about the human body, muscles, tendons, etc. I thought I would ask if there’s a way to fix the condition or at least minimize the discomfort. Thank you in advance for your wisdom.

You are in the exact spot you deserve to be. Almost everything that has happened negative or positive can be traced back to you. In one way or another . If it can’t ? Well life sucks , deal with it. We’re all eating a shit sandwich , some of us smile and figure out how to eat theirs faster so they can move forward.
