Please what about if I should add little portion of butter
@theduchezkitchen1040Ай бұрын
I haven't tried the recipe with butter since I wanted more of the coconut flavor .

See if pinch of salt added takes it up a notch. Salt and cocoa and sugar are good combo's. I cannot wait to try these. Now I need to buy molds. Reminds me of my years when the kids where little. Don't know who enjoyed them more, me or the kids. Store bought is so full of junk.

Great idea! How much would u sell these for?
@theduchezkitchen10403 ай бұрын
Depends on the type of chocolate you use, and the total cost plus your time. Where your market is will also influence the price. I hope this helps!

Should also work with raw apple cider vinegar? Thanks great vid
@theduchezkitchen10403 ай бұрын
I have not tried with apple cider vinegar.
@nocapproductions54712 ай бұрын
I dont think so. Vinegar is made from bacteria called acetobacter, while yogurt from lactobacilis. You will probably get something but I expect it wont be like yogurt. It will be sour as acetobacter also makes sour products, but i dont know if it will be nice and thick like yogurt.

U r making curd.... Thts how u mk curd... Thts not yogurt... You hv to ferment yogurt with some good bacteria like lactic acid forming bacteria or Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis even u can ferment d same with artificial acid.

What are the measurements please
@theduchezkitchen1040 Жыл бұрын
1 cup self rising flour 21/2 cups vanilla yogurt
@animittanow6748 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for replying. I have been making the puff puff and they are delicious, your original post says one cup self rising flour and one cup yogurt. They have been delicious and soft with that recipe. Should I be using one cup self rising flour and 2 1/2 cup yogurt as you have just replied with this new measurements?

Why y’all always use sour apples/green apples for these types of things?
@theduchezkitchen1040 Жыл бұрын
Hi Shake, you can use any apples you prefer. Just make sure the apples are firm for easy slicing.
