Do you count that as a granny stitch? Or do you still put a stitch in-between the decrease in the next row?

So do you do this the whole way around and for every row after until you get to the desired length?

Theres so many versions of the basic granny stitch... some chain one after eachoter, some doesnt, spme make douple chains some triple... Hmmh, hope it doesn't look too weird to be changing it in different parts of my hoodie thingie :P Thanks for this quick tutorial!
