Please help me! After 2 years I had an issue with verifying my bank account. I stopped doing the care of my account so I neglected it. Anyhow they couldn't help me fix the problem about the bank. They deactivated me and sent me almost 200 books back and I had no idea why. The charged me full price for these books. $1200 dollars so far. They wrote me back that I am recieving all my stranded books.
