why do you do multi buy deals on fish.? Typically 6 fot the price of 5. Doesnt his encourage overstocking by the customer.? Also surely it is against the law to give away free animals as you are not allowed to give them as prizes (funfair goldfish) anymore.

why are you issuing conditions like 3F 1M on certain fish.? The customer prob wants to correct the gender balance in their existing tank by buying the individual genders they need.

Putting your pets first is your tagline? Surely it’s charge a deposit for an appointment (your new policy) and then your pets come second. What if it’s an emergency appointment? Extort money first and then see if the pet is ok? If you’re in the healthcare sector, you should already have no-shows built into your costs. It shows that your priority is money, which is fine, but this is very cynical. Maybe change the tagline to be more honest?

I called the store and gave my feedback about the cat littler wood pallets 30 ltr. Because I have purchased 6 sacks of 30ltr and was terrible. Therefore requested to swipe with other same price and on same offer made by petsathome. The agent at the store advised to bring all 6 including the opened as well. I moved 6 30ltr sacks from the back of the house from the garage to the front in my car (I am a patient of disk bulge) and drove to the Sheldon Store. But the situation was entirely change at the unprofessional counter, manager refused to take the opened bag but said they can change 5. When I brought 5 Petsathome cat litters at the counter, manager along with the staff started to ask to pay £4.85 as a balance. Well I asked manager lady it was a simple Swipe with the similar and same price item so why you are asking me to pay?. Manager said you have 2 options either pay 4.85 or return for a full refund without refunding £4 voucher. I was terribly disappointed from the attitude and the effort they put me through and wasted my time and money and swear backache. I requested manager to call customer service or head office to get advice, but I was straight refused. I was lucky to have my money back on sacrificing £4 voucher and £1 on the offer and backache. And left with no cat litter for my cats. My family was waiting in the car because we had a plan to have dinner out but they ruined our time. When I spoken with the customer service, lady Louise I think were very disappointed by the treatment of the store manager not been able to simple Swipe with the similar product. This is 2nd time I have to go through the terrible situation from this branch being a VIP customer. It was a clear impression that the staff wasn't enough familiar with the epos system, processes and lacked customer service training. Being a VIP member was treated badly and the staff just wanted to get rid off me because their closing time was approaching.
