That looks a lot like the art challange White Queen from alice in Wonderland. According two dates Post-it it's unclear whose idea this was first but they sure do look an awful lot alike. It would be interesting to know who really came up with the original.

My absolute favorite artist. Every single year I have done a picture of the little girl in a hat, that is my favorite painting of hers. I have done a painting her in every medium, including making a paper doll of myself as a child and making the dress to match the painting for the doll. Wonderful painting and technique.
