I loved the final season of Disco. What a fantastic series all the way around. They packed a lot into five years. Thanks to everyone involved. #TrekRules

I won’t completely disagree with you about Kurtzmann’s productions but Lower Decks and especially Strange New Worlds are stellar. I don’t think you’ve given those two shows a fair chance. And what’s with the comment about their rooms not being neat enough? What are you, their dad? How about if I tell you to check your grammar when you comment? The one above’s a total mess; clean it up. Don’t be a troll. We’re all here to hear their message, not be overly critical.

As a life long Star Trek fan. I can't wait for the day that all these Alex kurtzman era projects are finished and canceled. The 5 shows he's managed to get finished, are not only some of the worst written sci-fi I've ever had the pleasure of watching. But some of the worst written TV I have ever watched. For as long as Paramount is using this show as filler content for various genre's missing in their streaming service. While hiring writers that couldn't write good sci-fi if their life depended on it. I won't be watching. I say Cancel all the projects, fire Alex kurtzman and the writers and producers he has hired. Then start 100% fresh with people who know the brand well, and are actual competent writers. Also a channel suggestion. Clean your spaces up a bit. Especially Asters room. If your going to record in a bedroom, at least take the time to make the bed and remove the garbage. Take some pride in yourself and space. There are 100's if not 1000's of trek channels like this, most of them do not take place in such a messy unkept space. If you can't even take the time to clean your room, why should people take the time to watch what the channel has to say?

Is Alison Pitt still with the team? I miss watching her nightly vids. I used to come home at midnight every night and enjoy watching her news updates while I eat my nighttime snack. It was one of my favorite rituals every night

I'm glad that you're doing these! I've subscribed many years ago and for some reason my subscriptions never alert me to your videos. Glad I found your weekly recap vids!

Amazing set to have. I own the complete series on VHS for collectors sake. Funny to compare a 30 VHS tape set to a 20 disc set and see the size comparison.

I was shocked to learn a couple of years ago about Richard Arnold. He was always popping 'across the pond' in the early days of ST TNG with VCR tapes of episodes to screen at UK conventions as it didn't reach our TV for a few years after its debut. Richard brought a tape of Encounter At Farpoint to Bristol in 1987 for its UK 'premiere'...which was about 30 people crammed into the tiny upstairs function room of a pub :). RIP Richard, thanks for all the memories.

Michelle Hurd met worth as of 2023 tops 3million. Struggling working class? I look forward to seeing the new APPRECIATIVE actors and actresses to get these jobs. I love me some Star Trek, I loved her role, but quit trying to gaslight people into believing your struggling. Bullshit.

Thank you Michelle and all the other amazingly talented people who produce the entertainment the rest of us enjoy and can get transported into so for a little while we can forget the pressures of everyday life. Employers across the board are taking profits at the expense of their workers. It seems like view the staff they employ as cost and not asset. Overall, workers pay, rights and terms and conditions have all been diminished. During that time profits have risen as has management and owners renumeration has risen to be in some many times the average wage. I want more entertainment, but not at the cost of the physical, mental and emotional health of those involved at every level except the top. Keep strong we are with you. Solidarity.

I was born July 1968 and got to see star trek reruns when I was very young in fact kirk fighting the gorn was was the 1st one . I was hooked ever since. I know getting older you lose people but that still doesn't make it any better. This show and the actor big and small made a huge impact on me. I wish some of these actors will come back on with all the shows on before they leave us. Shatner is his 90s already. Thank you to all that have left us. Peace

Really like Rod Roddenberry - his folks would be proud of the man he has made himself and his pursuit of helping other's is in alignment with father's vision of building toward a human utopia. Re regarding Rod talking about the high concept "Roddenberry Star Trek" and the lesser "Science Fiction Star Trek" - well after watching SNW's musical episode (s02e09) I believe there might be a new category "Absolute Nonsense Star Trek"!
