As usual Coach Kennelly, there is a lot of snobbery within the wrestling community in the United States. Some Coaches wont even accept kids due to their own personal beliefs.

@@KennellyTech thank goodness, the best defense for a blast is just a good stance and regular head&hand defense, the basics are completely ignored in this lesson

This is incredibly wrong, he’s suggesting you use the same muscles to defend as they do to attack while the attacker is in a stronger position. There is no way you can defend a blast double in this manner, to defend a blast double you need to sprawl before they get in such an advantageous position.
