Thank you, only video I found with instructions on how to take a photo. Great video and Instructions were easy to follow, even though I am using Windows 10.

Work out the centre of gravity for each of the two components. Using the distances from 'A' to the centre of the beam then multiply by the weight of the beam. Then from 'A' to the centre of the spacing collar then multiply by the weight of the collar. Now add them together (w1 x d1) + (w2 x d2) =? Once you have added these together, divide by the overall weight of the beam and spacing collar.

The graph is not linear so you can’t calculate it like that.

i was wondering the same, do you know how to do average velocity when one portion is curved like that?
For the 1/2bh = 1/2(2.5-1)(2-0), where did you get the 2.5-1 and 2-0 from. I don't know how you got 0 and 1
@luxt686111 ай бұрын
They're subtracting the distances. The length that is being measured is starting from 1 and ranging until 2.5 on the graph. To find the real amount of distance they want to measure (1.5 units) they subtract the final from the initial which is 2.5 - 1. They do the same thing for the height which is 2 units high and starts from the x axis (0) which makes it 2 - 0.

try doing it and you will find battery temperature rising and the rated voltage falling. You will not be able to do accurate measurements.

@Monish_Chan9 ай бұрын
@@maximz518 Dude did you find the answer to that?
@maximz5189 ай бұрын
@@Monish_Chan search up instantaneous rate of change, it’s a gr 12 math concept (which is crazy cause this video is a gr 11 physics concept for me) but it’s the same exact thing. It’s not the formula that my physics teacher taught me but it literlaly finds the same thing But also theres another method in which Basically what you do is you find two points that are basically sandwiching the point you want to find, the closer the better, let’s say those points are 1 and 3 and the point you’re tryna find is 2. Then what you do is (v3-v1)/(t3-t1) and that should give you the average velocity in between the two points. The confusing thing is, ‘instantaneous’ does not actually exist, it’s just average with a very very small space in between the two points you’re taking the average of. Like if theyre asking ‘instantaneous velocity at 3 seconds’ what they basically mean is ‘average velocity between 2.9 and 3.1 seconds’ or even ‘average velocity between 2.999 and 3.001 seconds’, as i said, the closer the two the more accurate your calculation will be. In a problem where you only have a table and no graph or like you can’t see or pinpoint the values that aren’t explicitly given to you (like velocity at 2.9 seconds or anything smaller than a whole number really lol) then its fine to use whatever value you have the closest, like 2 seconds and 4 seconds. Sorry that was really long and a little messy but i hope i could help
