I grew up on this wrestling. We would go watch em at the Louisville Gardens every Tuesday night. My granny was a housekeeper there and got us in. We got to meet all of these guys. I forgot Steiner came through Louisville to. Man this was the greatest wrestling back in the day.

OMG 35:30 the women's match is presented as an attraction for the male viewers... I can see why ppl outside the wrestling world would treat it like a Jerry Springer show, but the hosts themselves??

25:40 now let's take you to a CLASSIC from 1960... the classic: 3 tackles, 2 hiptosses and the heel gets himself disqualified fir no reason

I grew up in rural West Tennessee looking forward to "rasslin" every Saturday morning. These classic episodes bring back memories from a time when I was just getting old enough to know I was experiencing great action! Thanks for posting this old school grappling artistry that definitely left an indelible mark on the history of professional wrestling! 👏

29:18 i dont think Gibson cared too much for Champion taking him down twice in a row and making him look silly on tv ... Gibson was still trying to grab Champion by the foot and take him down , even AFTER the Starr was in the ring and trying to work with him 😂

sad show when i think back to how good it was afew years earlier in the mid 80's ... Billy Travis was the only entertaining part of the show , and he was in texas and not in the studio , and hes feuding with Dundee whos in TN in the studio but in a nothing tag match ... and Dutch is talked about a few times but never seen ... Lawler is out there just shitting all over everyone and not even being entertaining about it , which made them look even worse ... the whole show just seemed random
