Mr smith flat 1/40 leopold rd Felixstowe ip11 7 np used to work as a carer and stole a lot of cash jewells of the elderly he jammed c c t v and took a lot of cash witch the homes he worked in are now bankrupt where’s the cash he stole ?where’s it hidden ?he is a very bad gadget man get back what he stole

Underpaid,undervalued,you will be broken physically and financially at the end....i never understood why people born here chose to do this job.Why they couldnt do better?Iv done it long enough but i had no choice at the beginning as foreigners usually dont start with amazing opportunities.But iv managed to study and get a much better job at the end.Cant get it why people are willing to be a care assistant all in their life.

Some people have had a very hard life, full of trauma and that hasn't left them physically or mentally able to do the top jobs. Some people don't have a natural academic high IQ. Maybe they weren't pushed / supported at school and at studies. Some people have things holding them back, learning disabilities or physical problems. Now do you understand why some people do this job? Maybe try and understand that for some, it's not a "bottom of the barrel" job...but instead it's one where they feel it is more rewarding than it is demeaning. Or that it is a calling. I admire anyone who does this job with a positive and happy heart. It's difficult in many ways, but it doesn't have to be as awful as you make out. A lot of it is working in the right place, suitable to you and in a good work environment. You could be in a top job and if the workplace and people are toxic you would suffer the same as what you said..... I for one had that all my life in office work but never in care work.

Company is ok. But it is hard work. Hard hard. Underpaid carers. They should be paid at least 15 pounds an hour day tume. Live in is slave labour. 98 hours a week..

Yes, care assistant job...relate to this, it is one of the funniest jobs because I have met a lot of personalities, different people with different stories, and because that job requires a lot of communication. Great share! :)

Thank you for this video! New recruit for another office and I start Shadowing soon, I'm stressing about if I cant fill in the app or I cant fulfil all the tasks in half hour, what if I don't leave a good impression! what if I cant find the address, where do i park, what if i run late or early.. I realise after this video that I'm envisioning all the catastrophic outcomes. I know I'll be fine, I'm competent efficient and have common sense and I'm probably going to pick it up quickly. :)

The carers that care for my dad are paid below minimum wage because they are not paid for the time travelling in between visits, it's a joke. Some of the carers are also a joke, some in their 50's that get everything they need to get done and extra cleaning etc. on top, others half their age come in play with their mobile spend half their visit catching up on paperwork.
