The syringer rifle does damage. It's a pity it did not have darts to make enemies forget you are there or run away, then it would have been great Pacifist weapon.

Nice man, I’m doing a pacifist playthrough as well right now. Stoked to see I’m not the only one who had the same idea. If you don’t mind my asking, what do you plan to do for XP? I’ve just cracked level 14, and I’m halfway through the Enclave. Really a rough build. Good luck to you, if you were on Xbox I’d be glad to give you a hand.
