Thank you so much for the brilliant video. I did exactly as you instructed, and it worked perfectly. I'm so very grateful that I found your video.

Potentially useful note/discovery: I have a desk drawer with a bottom wooden track, similar to the dresser drawer you show in the first section here. However, instead of having a stop at the back of the drawer, there is a little lever at the front of the... drawer hole? The cavity in which the drawer lives. So you need to pull the drawer out most of the way, stick something like a screwdriver or ruler into the gap to hold down the lever, and then pull the drawer the rest of the way out. This can be a two-person job since it's pretty tricky to hold down the lever with sufficient strength WHILE pulling the drawer straight outward.

What is your door doing? Does the door go up a few inches and then reverse or go almost the entire way and reverse?
@loribraam41865 күн бұрын
The door will go up all the way , but when I push the button, to come down, it will start moving then maybe after 6 inches, the door stops but the chain keeps going. At that point, I have to move it manually
@MikeKlimek5 күн бұрын
@@loribraam4186 OK what do you mean that the door stops but the chain keeps going? I assume if you hold down the button no the wall and keep it depressed, the door will go all the way down.

I have a 3 handle shower/tub valve setup and the center diverter valve was leaking. Ended up destroying plastic brittle sleeve inside. Ended up putting center cartridge back in w/ fresh o-rings to seal the leaks and replaced spout with a diverter spout.. all good now. This was an Aqua Source 3 handle bath/shower setup c2007ish from Lowes.

Had no idea there was a weight! Whoever set my faucet up (just bought this house) installed the weight upside down, so it fell off. After this video I went back and found the weight in the floor behind a tub I keep down there. Easily fixed and the weight isn't upside down anymore. Much appreciated for the video, boss

I wanted to say thank you for taking the time and effort to make this informative video. Your instructions plus my using the manual that was for my fireplace made the effort of debugging my fireplace straightforwards. Also, I didn't have to hire a specialist to come out and fix what was a problem that I could fix. In my case, the thermopile had oxidation that collected. A bit of sandpaper and things were back to normal. And, I cleaned the fireplace as well as gently sanded the other probes. Lastly, I did check the voltage as you suggested and I learned how the fireplace actually worked. I had no idea that the heating of the thermopile generated a small amount of electricity. Thanks again for your efforts.
