Hello in such a limited time does the meat been cooked well. Normally we do it in a pressure cooker for 2 or 3 whistles then put in a pan erc... Sorry for that dear. Nice recipe though.

I mix yoghurt and some biryani spices, and let it in the fridge overnight in the fridge, that softens the meat. I prefer beef. I don't have a recipe, and could not write one. I watched my Muslims friends. This is a delicious dish, but so many differences.
