Thank you for your question. The pit's themselves shouldn't be consumed. The other parts of the cherry including the juice and the fruit itself are the parts of the cherry that are consumed. It is wise to remove and discard the pit prior to eating the cherry. Hope this answers your question.

My first gout attack was so bad (swollen hand) that I had to go to emergency. I never want to experience intense pain like that again, so I've gotten into a routine of taking cherry supplements

It takes the juice from about 100 cherries just to make 1 ounce of the tart cherry juice concentrate. You are correct, our cherry juice is guaranteed to be sediment-free. This means you won't find any sedimentation on the bottom of the glass. The reason we can make this guarantee is for our high quality cherry products is we only use the most recent crop of cherries. I got a big bag of dried tart cheeries and eat about 6 pieces at night,helps with my inflammation in my nose ,knees and body,so Wonderful to help the body in so many ways,i tell you it works,my knees stopped having all that pain in just two days I noticed this really really really helped me to feel way way better,i can actually walk without my cane to support my leg and knee,truly a miracle from mother nature,i will keep snacking on these every night before bed,love your video too.
