holy shit, I can actually see the subtle tells. like how your right hand barely drops after you throw a jab to show you're actually gonna throw something with it. Thank you for making this video

Just had my first sparring session today been boxing twice a day 4 times a week for 3 months a lot of my technique went out the window once i got in the ring i was landing some good shots but i was also a bit unsure on when i can actually get in there a punch without getting punched i was facing a much taller opponent but overall i felt good im going to focus a lot on sparring now and see how i go

Cross guard might be my favourite. Pretty much unstoppable unless you fight a good body puncher.

This is a great training! Thanks! Whether you are a amateur/pro fighter or someone that believes in being able to defend themselves it’s important to train orthodox and southpaw. You will be even better than before! Your skills will greatly improve and your body will thank you!

Ahhhh! Don’t bring your feet in close together after throwing any punches. It’s a terrible habit that’ll get you into big trouble in a fight.

Wow! Today was my first day doing this. And I've been working out hard for the past 4 years. That's how I lost all my weight. But I have to admit, this workout dragged me. TOUGH!!!!

Кулаки нужно зажать сперва.лучше не спеша стойку сделай ,стань немного фронтальной стойке попробуй отработать по медленнее правильно и потом выкладывай лучше будет!!! А так что любишь спорт,РЕСПЕКТ!

What you're teaching is difficult to put into words. But you're doing a good job! I learned how to punch like this awhile back and thought about applying the same technique to my hips too, and it worked (just like it does when doing leg kicks). Using both the hips to initiate the movement then the shoulder pop to finish makes for a quickly delivered and forcefully thrown punch with a brisk snap sound. It's actually fun to do and effortlessly repeatable. Good video!

European style is something i like to do, i practiced both karate and muay thai, throwing some kicks/knees/elbows mixed with boxing helps a lot 👍
