"What are they playing?" IRL Matsuri & Hettsu are the gamers in the band. Both play JRPGs (Dragon Quest, Monster Hunter, Zelda), Matsuri plays lots of online shooters (Apex, Overwatch, Valorant), Hettsu likes more chill stuff (Minecraft, Animal Crossing). Many Hanabie songs have references to JRPGs either in their titles (Hyperdimension Galaxy, Tales of Villain), or in their lyrics and videos (Otaku, Neet Game).

Cool reaction man. Every time I watch this I notice something else. Babymetal huh? You might as well see them at the beginning with Doki Doki Morning at: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mc-im7RpzrLIkqs.html And for the contrast jump to the present with Babymetal - Road Of Resistance (PIA Arena 2023 Live) (it is one of their earlier songs) at: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jtZ3hbyZvp6dZ3k.html Then realise they have about 70 odd other songs that are very diverse. Beware the rabbit hole. I think you have to be careful with getting strikes with Babymetal songs - there is a list somewhere of songs that are okay for reactors. Someone might be able to help you out with that.

If you're unfamiliar with BABYMETAL I'd suggest doing a mix of old and new songs to get started: 2012: いいね! (ii ne!): qVdBBOpSoN4 2014: イジメ、ダメ、ゼッタイ (ijime, dame, zettai - No More Bullying, Forever) live at Sonicsphere UK: Ro-_cbfdrYE 2023: メタり!! (Metali) feat. Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine: hkij4LvACZ0 2024: RATATATA! (with Electric Callboy): EDnIEWyVIlE In general with BABYMETAL it's always better to watch live performances than music videos.. but 3 of those above are music videos. The 2014 video is their first big live performance overseas in the UK.. in front of a gigantic crowd of metalheads that really didn't know them. It was a break-through moment for them.. as they were accepted into the metal community They have had one member change. At the end of 2017 YUIMETAL became unable to perform with the band due to an unspecified health issue. So the following few years you will see some odd configurations. They switched to an "avenger" system of rotating some girls into the spare slot.. but now one of those avengers has been accepted as a full new member of the band as MOMOMETAL In the early few years they didn't have the money to have a full live band on stage, so if you see skeleton suited guys playing instruments then they are just miming. After this period they got a full on backing band called the kami-band (god band) composed of some of the best musicians in Japan Vocals: SU-METAL (Suzuka Nakamoto) Scream/dance: MOAMETAL (Moa Kikuchi) Scream/dance: YUIMETAL (Yui Mizuno - retired) Scream/dance: MOMOMETAL (Momoko Okazaki - officially from 2023- but she was one of the avengers before this too) PS: keep going with the Hanabie reactions too, though :)

Niching Down for a long time is bad, shit at the beginning u should make a lot of different things and see what sticks, meaning gets views, and then lock in on that, and why are u locked in on a certain subject, develop a relationship with the viewers, so they come back and know your personality and like your content or art. And when they fuck wit u, they will watch it because of you and make content that’s your passion, because creating something then becomes a burden. Good video, as always g, but why u be always wearing a bonnet?
@justjez4 күн бұрын
Yeah that definitely works for a lot of people too. Variation into honing in on one thing then back into variation because the community will support anything you do at that point. I wear the bonnet to protect my hair and honestly to help my headphones stay on better sometimes as well.

I couldn’t agree more Jez. It’s very important to express different interest. If someone is gonna do a specific kind of content, it’s more so like they’re trapped from that. People are gonna expect the same exact content every single upload. And when you’re stuck to it, your content feels like a job rather than a hobby. If a content creator transitions to something else, I fully expect the supporters to still be there for them. And there’s nothing wrong to sticking to one thing, it just has its pros and cons. Real good stuff Jez, I like the all-around content thing you’ve accomplished around your channel. 💙🙏

The women in the video are part of a subculture in Japan called gyaru, from the English word gal. Wikipedia has a detailed article on gyaru, describing different subtypes of gyaru with their clothing and makeup. In the video there are two groups of gyaru designated Heisei and Reiwa. Heisei refers to the reign of the previous emperor of Japan from 1989 to 2019. Reiwa is the reign of the current emperor from 2019 to the present. Hanabie's song "Reiwa Dating Apps Generation" combines Trap music and metal.

Yukina encourages us to all yell the "WTF!!!!!!" at live shows 😂 I think you need to stop focusing on the "story", it's just that same actor had cameos in 4 of their videos (Osaki ni Shitsureishimasu -> Tousou -> Be The GAL -> Girls Talk).. so we can sort of read between the lines a bit and make up our own story about him As for all the other girls at the party in this song, I don't think any of the them are especially famous.. just standard Japanese girls they were able to get for the video shoot But this song does have a meaning with the sets of girls. The first set of girls we see at the pool at "Reiwa era" girls. Japan is currently in the Reiwa era and it started in 2019 so you could say they are standard modern girls The second set of girls that arrive on the scene are Heisei era girls (which spans 1989 to 2019).. so it's like a generational battle that ends in friendship and all partying together. The Heisei girls are also in Gyaru (or even Ganguro) style fashion.. at the time rebelling against the ideal woman stereotypes in Japan by using heavy fake tans and bright colours and so on

There's necessity in both mediums. Wifi gets the axe. You'll be damned glad you still have that pile of dvds/blurays you held onto. Always keep some physical media around. Granted I keep mine in one of those cd/dvd binders, no jewel cases. I freaking love technology and marvel at it often, but know at the same time I will always, always own a physical AM/FM radio. Video games, music, and movies are nothing, son! That's just entertainment! Still important, but there are good things about digital copies, like convenience, less manufacturering and less waste. Unfortunately none of those were reasons why they did it. Digital just meams more profit for them! Spotify, Facebook, Tik Tok, KZfaq and white supremacist and Porn ad Twitter 2.0, do not even produce an actual product. I believe Bruce Willis tried to leave his 10,000+(?) ITunes library to his kids in his will. Apple said NOPE, you don't own that shet! What's evem more scary is that present and future gens may not be able to even own their own physical homes! Now we're talking life! This already is and will continue to get worse, making the middle class shrink even more! Owning a home or property and giving it to their children after death is a form of generational wealth and was the way most families achieved higher income status. If your grandfather was white, he most likely could have gotten a loan and paid for home on a single income, working at a department store with a stay at home wife. But, your grandpa was not white. Or least one of your grandparents wasn't I'm assuming, which would've had the same result anyway. Which was that most Banks would not lend money to black people for homes or businesses. It was called redlining and was only made illegal after the Civil Rights Movemnet! And get this! In a effort to boost the military for the Vietnam War, serviceman were promised the G.I. Bill, which either paid for a home loan or college tuition if they served in the war. Guess which group of people didn't get either of those choices? While this happened in what seems to be a long time ago, it truly wasn't long enough to not still see it's repercussions. Sorry for the long response, but it all falls under what we are in now, late stage capitalism. And you can't discuss US capitalism without racism. Those two beotches worked together making it systemic! Why TF do you think we are the ONLY developed country in the entire world to not provide healthcare to all of its citizens ? Racism and Capitalism (for profit)!

Then you understand better. There is another video/song with the same theme, there they are gaming and also are game characters. Its called NEET game. NEET means "Not in Education, Employment or Training", i.e. just gaming and chilling online. Now, to be fair. They are hard working girls. Need to be that to come so far in such a short time.
