@@souldrum86 it's not bad. A little light on modes. But, the gameplay is pretty solid, and it it looks good. It's on sale right now. 👍 I like doing dream matches. And each character has two extra unlockable attires to go with the starting attire. It reminds me of def jam vendetta mixed with boxing.

@@xzs432 Thanks for commenting! It is a snippet from a song that is included in the program i use to make my videos on Playstation. It has a generic title like "Heavy Sludge" or something like that. There is about 25 songs that are around a minute and a half. I have no idea what the actual title is to look it up.

I love the fact that this feels like the NWA has it's own game 🎮 If all goe's well with this up & coming dlc pack,maybe in the future we'll get Sting,Lex Luger,Muta,Barry Windham, the Horsemen... @@burntpaperstars it actually has a decent amount of content! Unlockable Outfits, bulls, arenas, moves, etc. And I got addicted to trying to do each level with no mess ups.

Really? I play on PS4 and didn't find it too bad. But I play in dash cam not chase cam. If anything I would say it's a little sensitive but I got used to it after a while.

Retro Rumble is more inspired by Wrestlefest and Super Famicom era Fire Pro. Fight Forever is an updated No Mercy. So it comes down to which style you prefer or perhaps played as a kid.

Yes, but the point I was trying to lean into is that if retromania can do it. Yukes and AEW have no excuses for the lack of match options. I like both games! Just hate that they have fumbled Fight Forever so much. Retromania has been improving every update. I can't say that for Fight Forever. I wish I could.

I'm not a big fan of regular racing, especially time attack racing. I love full rallies where you've got to survive the whole way and still be fast. It's kinda sad that most rally players lean towards time attack. The tracks in TK maps are amazingly detailed, with all the bumps, tight corners, and nuances. I really enjoy how WRC 9 and 10 handle (though I wish WRC 9 had the realistic rally length from 10). My first WRC game was Gen, which I liked at the time, but after trying 9 and 10, Gen feels a bit worse, like it's more about ice skating. Still, Gen is okay. DR2 has great car sounds and handling, though the cars feel a bit too light. It's still a fun and beautiful game. I think simracers who are super serious can spoil the fun for newcomers by telling them what's best in terms of physics and all that. I still need to try Sebastian Rally and V-Rally. Thanks for reminding me. PS. Keep an eye out for EXO Rally Championship, a sci-fi rally game that's coming soon. It looks really cool and different from traditional modern rally games.

@@VikingWarlord Hey! Yeah, I tried EA's WRC on my PC, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. If you've got a mid/low-end PC, it's not great at all. Even on ultra settings at 1080p, the game looks bland and lifeless. The maps are dull and boring compared to DR2, which has way more atmosphere. If you can overlook all that, it's basically DR2 handling with a few tweaks and a better career mode. But seriously, after playing TK's maps, EA's maps feel like dead corpses in comparison.

I agree. They should just make stand alone RallyCross games. And keep the standard rallys in games like these. Maybe that would free up some development to give us more and varied stages.

Just bought the game last week on ps4. Already raced so many hours in the qualifying stage with all different vehicles. Quad driving is a challenge and figuring out what is the best tuning is great. The difference it makes with different tirepressures is mindblowing. Even the teststage is huge when you start exploring it. Absolutely love the free roam option and the option to review a stage in helicoptermode to see where it all went wrong. Thanx for showing this game in your videos. Some farmer in Buraydah is not gonna be happy when he discoveres what you did to his land.😅 Just like Fuel this will be a game to come back to and figure out for many years to come.👍

Glad you are liking the game. It is expansive! There is a lot to explore and I like that each area is somewhat different in landscape even though it's all Saudi Arabian desert. Tweaking the setups for each vehicle is enjoyable as well. Thanks for the comment. If you ever get the urge for more exploring give Dakar 18 a try. It doesn't handle as nicely as this game but it has a wonderful South American map and the exploration is awesome in that game as you are finding landmarks instead of treasure chests. It also has a Peru rally DLC that is pretty fun. Take care! 👍-Viking

If Saber wouldn't have given up on this game we might have found out. :( there are a bunch of vehicles that appear that you cannot pick. Makes me think we are missing a lot of content due to them moving the development team to mudrunner expeditions.

Did you get all the DLC I picked up the prototype pack, the rally cross pack and the renault 5 turbo. I didn't get the two hill climb packs though.

It's really really good, I just got into a week ago. Needs the sound mod and windshield/dash mod (on youtube) then it's fantastic, maybe my favourite rally sim now.

I agree! I can't stop playing it. Even with the framerate issues and sound, I still think it's a blast. The feel of the terrain and different cars is some of the best. I have both dirt rally and dirt rally 2.0 and though the graphics are nicer in those games the feel of the vehicles in this game are really good. I actually like the rally cross in this game. I am definitely glad I decided to give it a chance. Thanks for the comment as well!

@@VikingWarlordIt's rare I enjoy slower/older cars and tarmac as much as gravel rallies, but I definitely do in this game. I prefer the graphics over Dirt games, much more natural and realistic. Sweden and Finland look better than any other rally game has recreated especially. Codemasters never get them right. Sense of speed is great, you cannot get too close to corners or you will tip easily though! Can be hard with the long grass.

@@martsum398 I agree going flat out in a snowy open field in sweden, or going through the forest past cabins just to have it open up on gravel by a ski lift in Finland is awesome. And a decent amount of crash hazards like light poles or low walls through the tight sections are great when you thread through at a high speed. WRC 9 has some great stage design to...If you can get that on the cheap. I think you will like that as well. I did some research and WRC 9 is highly regarded as one of the best in that series. It's cheap too. I picked up V-RALLY 4 and that too is pretty underrated. It's a great time to be a rally fan with all these games selling so cheap and they are all pretty fun in there own ways.

@@VikingWarlordYup, I literally have all the WRC games, 9-10 and generations are all decent, but still fall short in some areas. Think I have got most rally games to be honest. Art of Rally is fantastic for a different experience. Also have EA WRC which has great potential but it misses that thrill that SLRE has, hard to explain. Feels a bit slow, despite the speed.

@@martsum398 that's good to know thank you I really like WRC 9 stage variety. But it doesn't have enough of the old cars imo. The sound is decent and I feel good when I get a clean stage. But Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO keeps me coming back. Haha. I'm playing it as we speak now.

As a fan of AI vs AI matches, I think this is a pretty decent attempt at a No Mercy like system. Love it. Dont care about the controls as long as the AIs put on a good show.

It's well worth it to import the main line game from Japan. Though a new one is dropping in July. Most modes are playable just by figuring out the menus

It's such a fun game. I get a little lost on all the character/roster menus though. I feel like they could streamline it a bit to make it a little more user friendly. But I could see myself digging a full release.

Great video sir! Lots of simracers telling us how to set up a game perfectly on their $5000 setup, but since that doesn't apply to 99.9% of us it's good a see someone willing to put the hours into tweaking just the right settings for pad players 🎉

It actually has nice terrain and stages. The treasure hunt mode is better as well. The controls and physics are just a bit stiff. The cars, trucks, and bikes are ok. 4 wheelers forget about it. Also getting off your vehicle is actually pretty fun. Let me know your thoughts on it after you give it a try!

What I like about those levels is that you one the Indiana's bigger powers is how quickly he digs :D You can bypass big chunks of levels by digging underground.

Pleased to see this out, but let's face it... The handling has been piss poor. No communication, no explanation for the delays and the update just dropped out of nowhere. It doesn't exactly instill confidence in me for this tag team / legends update they're supposed be doing.

You can download wrestlers on console that are uploaded to the Community creations as well as arenas. But if you want to create these things yourself you need to do it on a computer via the creation suite that I believe is on steam.

I am confused now as well. Haha. As you can see at the beginning I didn't have the belts assigned to a tag team. I have been playing the game since day one. I have gone into belt management many times to restructure my title holders and I feel like there is no way I would have missed assigning them to the young bucks or FTR. You might be right...but I feel like I have never seen them in the game before this update. But, maybe because there were so few tag teams I never bothered with tag titles. Now I'm questioning my whole existence. 😂

Oh I think I figured it out!!! When they added FTR as a proper tag team in one of the updates I had to delete my original user made FTR tag team and replace it with the official YUKES team. Do you remember having to do that? That must have cleared out that slot and I never added the Official FTR Team as champions. That's why it was ??? at the beginning of the video. OK I feel a little better about my error now. Thanks for pointing that out though. 👍 I guess its better to be a mistake than me losing my mind. Haha.

@@VikingWarlord Ha. It's all good. And yes, when they added FTR officially a lot of us had our custom FTR deleted. Tag matches are tough so I barely play them, and never with the belts on the line. So I definitely see why you may have been caught off guard. Glad I could help.

The freebie update also gave us some nice CAW items in the "full body" attire section. 10 new singlet variations, some of them a perfect fit for Vader and Hart Foundation.

Why is your car going slower than your opponents? Also is it a good game?

There is some odd rubber banding with opponents but the position are based on time. So even with the opponents moving past you as long as you keep a good pace you will be OK. They will most likely crash at some point and get time added due to repairs. Also, depending on how you tune your vehicle it effects your speed...like low tire pressure, certain suspension setups reduce your top speed. I think it is a good game. There are quirks in the handling, physics and AI that can be annoying. But overall I think this is a good game...maybe not a great game. But, depending on how you like offroad racing and Rally you might get more fun out of it if you enjoy this type of stuff.

For part of the Saudi map yes I believe so. But you won't have all of the map unless you have the extended map dlc or the USA tour.
