@@theawakenedinnerflame I feel like she wants me to review my past so I can go forth in the future with more knowledge than I had before. She isn’t just death but she is life and she is the one who preserves the life. 6 and 8 are her numbers so perhaps the 6 months are sacred to her in some way? I am thankful for her help and try to give gifts as often as I can. I conflate her with other goddesses because ultimately I believe God is feminine and she is one face of our great womb which we were born from.

@@jenathent4840 That makes sense, I think she also likes to help us end past cycles or give ourselves closure to unfinished business from the past so we can be fully in the present. Basically bring death to those "half living "cycles 😁 About the number 6, I've been told many times that death comes in 3's so it would make sense to pay attention to any numbers that come up in multiples of 3.

Do you know if Santa Murte is okay with infrequent/casual worship? I love hearing stories about her and learning about her, and I feel drawn to her because I feel I would be accepted since I'm also "Not quite Mexican but not quite American either". But I already have other deities I'm committed to, and I often hear people say you have to really devote yourself to her. I don't want to disrespect her with infrequent offerings and communication, but I also wish to pay my respects to her for all she does for her people

Hi there! I don't think there would be any issues with an occasional offering or veneration rite to her. I think the issue comes when you ask her for things right from the start when you don't really know her.

I haven't had a job for a long time and 07.09 (July this year,9 is associated with the symbolism of death and 7 looks like a scythe) there was an offer... at the cemetery as caretaker and cellar builder I don't know if it's a good choice, I have to think about it and I don't have much time, a quick decision I'm stressed, okay, I'm going for a walk to new places somewhere I've never been in my life so I'm going, I'm going, I'm going, I 'm admiring new landscapes :) and here is an old mill falling apart, black boards, etc I get closer and what do I see? large notices posted on the almost entire wall, "Gabriel Funeral House" XD okay, it's cool, accidents happen, we breathe, we don't get panic :D I drove onto a dirt path, on a hill, high ground huge grain fields and I'm walking with my bike, suddenly a quest comes into my path and gets in my way :> Who? praying mantis :D and a moment ago there was an advertisement for a funeral house, you know, at funerals people pray for the dead like... praying mantises ok, I'll move on XD I found some blueish flints (blueish bruis as a corpse )and took them home :> in return, of course, I burned incense because I took it with me, I don't know why, instinctively I walked around, smoked incense and returned home along the same path suddenly something ran far away, something brown, maybe a young deer, a fox, I don't know I stopped for a moment and continued walking, but here I was on the path where the praying mantis had just been, and nothing else on the same path now I see that there is a feather... of a hawk or a falcon, a long-eared owl or a pheasant and on the road, when I was almost home, a black cat came out of the bushes under the cross didn't see me,when I stopped, he looked at me and ran back to the cross A few weeks earlier I was reading a book about La Santa Muerte and wondered if this was the right deity for me I thought probably not, due to Her possessiveness and jealousy ,so I put the book aside a few hours later, postman visited us with unexpected parcel from relatives from USA and in it I found chocolates in decorative wrappers with pictures of... Mexican skulls :) now a job offer at the cemetery ... Are these signs or just coincidences?

What does your gut feeling tell you? If you have an inner felt sense that you're getting signs, trust it and don't question yourself so much. Also, If you feel called to connect with her, why not offer her a candle and some copal and see how you feel? There's no harm in approaching her with some simple offerings and meditating with her image. It's not like you're signing a lifelong contract or anything. 😁 Also please be careful about making assumptions about her. Claiming that she's possessive or jealous is pretty disrespectful. If you decide to work with her, approach her with a clean slate and zero expectations. The way she is with you might be completely different from how she is with me or another devotee.

@@kukumuniu5658 That's interesting, I know she can be very protective, but I never felt that she was jealous or possessive. Maybe she can be possessive when it comes to her altar space because she doesn't like sharing a table with other saints or deities but I think that's common with most deities. I recommend connecting with her and finding out. She's different with everyone after all.

If criminals following LSM were arrested, it means that this deity did not answer their prayers, right?LSM is not able to help them Moreover, since its followers ask for prosperity and a better life and yet live in extreme poverty, in a corrupt country full of criminals, LSM is again powerless or deaf to their prayers

I've worked with people who don't venerate her correctly and as a result, she doesn't protect them or answer their prayers. I mentioned in the video that I don't think it's smart to just reach out to her asking her for things right from the start without putting any effort into establishing a relationship, but unfortunately plenty of people do that. I've even heard of people asking for things and not giving anything back in return. I can't say for sure why these people aren't protected by by her, but more than likely they must be doing something wrong. Also I wouldn't say Mexico is full of criminals. There's a complicated situation going on in a few cities in Mexico, but the majority of people there live very mundane lives.

im a eclectic wiccan, my reader i visit often is a pracitioner of santa muerte, always a very telling story, her advice (if followed) truly does show itself to be needed, there isnt any waiting around or "mabey it will happen mabey not" ( when doing fortunes) youll know when to use what santa muerte (or in my case, my dececed brother) says XD, jsut wondering, does santa muerte frown me for not being a direct practitioner of her ? - blessed be

Hi I love la Santa muerte I'm from Australia I was raised Catholic so I say a lot of catholic prayers to her and give her offerings she has helped me so much she's the best goddess iv ever come across but I'm not very good at magic yet I love praying her rosary I also love talking to her about my problems what should I do if I'm not very good at the magical side I love her dearly and I want to serve her forever I am so grateful to have her in my life can you please give me some tips on the magical side of things or is it ok that I'm not very good at magic please let me know and thank you so much for the video

Thank you! You don't need to be good at magic to have a nourishing relationship with her. I'd be curious to know why you feel that you need to be good at it. Being good at magic/ritual work is a process. It's like a muscle that gets stronger as you practice it more and more. Enjoy the process and in time you'll get better!

Hey there. Awesome Video. When I'm encountering somebody that is in need of a guidance I will send them also this video. Thank you! I'm as far as; i sit here and let things come up and I look at them, I allow myself to sit through the thought process even if it hurts a little or a lot. It's part of that. Letting go of subconscious patterns hurts when you first encounter them, because you built up a resistance. once they have no power over you, you will feel more free. It's a process. It's nice to know that youre not alone because we're all one, just different thoughts and circumstances. Will get through! 🙏🪽

Absolutely! When I went through my dark night of the soul a few years ago it was ROUGH. I hated it and I thought I was losing my mind, but I look back on that time and understand how important it was to go through it because I love where I am right now in life. I hope everyone reading this knows that it will pass and once it does, it'll be a beautiful day. This isn't permanent and you will get through it. Trust me🙂

I know how frustrating it is, but there's a lot of power in turning that statement of "all women just want men with looks and money" into "I'm not letting women into my life who are shallow and want a sugar daddy." Statistically speaking, it's impossible for 100% of a certain population to be a certain way. Even if just 5% of women are compassionate and have good morals, focus on finding where that 5% is hiding.
