Girl I’ve struggled with my ph getting thrown off by EVERYTHING my whole efing life so much that I was scared I wasnt going to be able to have a child fearing that something was wrong with me from so many times I’ve gotten bv and then taking antibiotics for bv getting a damn yeast infection right after that every damn time. My ob just knows to prescribe patients antibiotics for both bv and a yeast infection for the specific reason. That says how common that is that women go through. The doctors knows just what exactly is most likely going to happen when you are very sensitive down there. So youll who are UNEDUCATED please educate yourselfs cuz you sound like fools. Yes if you know you have something going on don’t try to cover it EVER it will make it worse! Don’t try to have sex like that that’s not gonna be fun when they smell it and you know you have an infection. Also DO NOT WASH YOUR VAGINA WITH SOAP!!!! the out side is fine but between the lips is going to cause ph imbalance. So many women think of they smell they gotta wash wash wash wash with soaps, use sprays, and the worst one is the DOUCHING !! I tried it y’all it will only make it worse! So when you know you have a Oder that isn’t normal and your discharge is not normal looking go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. You aren’t alone by any means ok. These past like 5 years bv and having your ph thrown off on the regular has become more normal for women to talk about together thank god. I thought I was alone and was ashamed. So if your like me steer clean from bubble baths, or baths in general. change the underwear your getting I know thongs cause this problem as well. Like one women said change your diet eat healthier, also I learned smoking cigarettes will cause ph imbalance , laundry soaps, your period, fingering, sex toys, sex, lubes, any sexual action will do this, yes semen, omg a big one is don’t ever ever ever go back to front in the bed I mean clean that mother f***** off before it goes back in your Cooch😂😊!, wipe correctly as well always wipe front to back not back to front. The list goes on but I’m so proud to be apart of the women who are educating others about this so they don’t feel alone and know there’s ways to prevent it and get help. Now natural smells I just think of sweat honestly and shit if someone’s worried about the sweat smell they aren’t for you.
