Me encanta!! Tamaragua ademas es una zona tranquila pero muy practica para ir a Corralejo. y si no trabajas , pues aun mejor! a disfrutar de la psicina - !un lujazo!

Las Dunas residencial. We've stayed there 3 times. Lovely complex, nice and quiet. Do you have any apartments for sale on this complex?

I've seen a lot of Apartments in Spain holiday apt and year round but this place is just too small in the kitchen especially! No room for washer or a regular fridge This would be for someone that doesn't stay home very often or cook😅 thank you I love your videos from Washington State USA👋

Hi Kath - all the information is on our website with this link: goldacreestates.com/en_US/realestate/top/027093-42228 You should always check the main site as ALL the properties available are registered there. Regarding the hot tub and pool idea the roof is a shared space so i would not recommend this as it would require the agreement of the other owners. I would say there is a safe swimming beach around the corner as it is really close to the Marina! :)

Very basic apartment in terms of others that are, or have been sold in La Caleta by Goldacres Estates. Nothing has been done to upgrade it at all. Hope the price reflects that.

It’s like a property developer built & furnished this. Like a mini hotel or b&b. Lots of space but quite soulless. Needs investment to add higher end furnishings, such as better furniture, art work, cushions & planting etc. Needs some warmth injected.

This large complex was my hotel when I stayed in Corralejo for the first time. In February 2014. It surprises me that the apartments are for sale. Is Oasis Dunas no longer a hotel?

all wold depend on the owners and how the community of owners is run however i would not expect the golden goose and restaurants to be open for a while yet.

@@GoldacreEstatesSL i can understand that. We were frequent visitors staying twice a year since 2004 was really. Have thought about buying but still undecided. Will it stay residential if you buy or will you be allowed to rent out? Security guard told us 4 months for pools and pool bar when we walked up for a nosey last week.
