You may use quickfix glue (at your own risk) to make it stick back to its place to check whether it works again!

you may put the key without white part, use quickfix glue and try at your own risk (if you cant fix the white part)

It looks like a problem in circuit and not exactly an outer part of keyboard. You may need to take it to the service station or a local repair shop whom you trust.
