Yeah the answering questions with questions, to avoid going into pitching, can be felt as evasive by the prospect. Leading to a lack of trust. A technique to be used sparingly, and not as the default setting.

guys... how does one go about selling ai chatbots if we havent had a large neough customer base to actuaoly figure out what problems we solve

@@ishaansadhanand7817 Find the market first and than create the product after. Since your in early development you are in a more favourable position to make changes it’s not to late down the line. AI chatbot removes manual labour and expensive employee wages. Streamlines communication between business and customer. There benefits I can think of within the time it took to type this message. You can easily figure out what problems to solve.

Loving the rapport building on the calls. It does show, however, how more focused lists that you build yourself with research and targeted approach could be more fruitful. Lots of VM, dead numbers or wrong contacts, retired etc. Really interesting. 20 minutes in, before a conversation of value though. Top video!.

For Kevin: you mentioned people fill out your contact form and then you spend two weeks chasing them. I supect their’s some time/energy/momentum leak for you there. Just a suggestion: on your website contact form, why not have the prospect pick its own time for the contact/call moment. There’s more possibilities for making that call more valuable, but this would seem like a good start.. 😊 hope this is helpful..

💯 My husband and I mutually have never drank (or smoked cigs/drugs) simply because we know we are the type to get addicted and we don’t want the potential to spiral out of control. I have heard people say life is harder sober and I can’t say for certain the difference but I’d believe it. It’s hard to be tuned into yourself 24/7.
