I’m not a fan of the city’s politics in the slightest bit. I do visit Buffalo often from the Finger Lakes as I find the city’s layout and housing stock to be beautiful.

Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.

Wildfires is not one of the biggest factors folks leave Seattle, its more the Woke State and City governance and administration, the droggies, crime, defunded police, vagrants homeless, crazy property taxes, tech companies driving housing costs skywards and one failed 'progressive' tax socking policy after another that we never asked for.

Buffalo? The city is a complete dump. When Canadians cross the border and drive thru Buffalo they wonder what 3rd world country they’re in. Buffalo = lost half its population since 1950. It’s a rust belt toilet, a joke of a city. 😂😂😂

I love Orlando Florida so much, I want to live there! I'm so thankful I watched this video because I've learned the Pros and Cons about living in Orlando Florida. One thing I want to be aware of is the hurricane, Insurance for the rent, and putting gas for my car before I deal with traffic. I miss Disney World Animal Kingdom so much! I haven't been there since 2011 and I would like to work for them as a Zookeeper to make a lot of money or become a millionaire because it is beautiful there. I could also enjoy and spend time at the Swimming pool, Roller Coasters and watching the parade at Magic Kingdom. I additionally want to move to Orlando or Kissimmee Florida because I've been dreaming about this since I was a kid and I'm looking forward to it for the future!

Idaho is the cheapest place on earth to live. That's the whole point of Boise ..It's super inexpensive. there is no other reason to live there. It's boring .... 300 dollars a month rent... A house cost 75,000 dollars. . Sales tax 5 % . property tax is 500 to 900 dollars a year. . A parking ticket downtown is 5 dollars !! I got one. Walked into City Hall and handed over a 5 dollar bill. Done !! . a smog check is 11 dollars. ...perfect for poor people . .

Just move to the Villages there are new homes being built and sold continuously and the prices are not that bad and being in the middle of the state the threat of hurricanes is much less!
@nightengale21237 ай бұрын
My husband and I following retirement relocated to The Villages in 2022 from R.I. and have absolutely no regrets. One of the biggest Villages selling points for us with few are aware of is their flood mitigation system. The community contains many retention ponds all connected allowing the to raise and lower pond water levels as needed. And in the event of significant flood threats they can and have flooded some of the 60+ golf courses to divert flood water away from homes and streets. And this is one of the reasons why homes are a bit more expensive compared to other 55+ communities in central Florida because those communities do not have this flood water mitigation system in place. With regards to hurricane safety, my husband and I feel much safer living in The Villages compared to living near the bay in R.I. which is also a hurricane prone state where we lived our entire lives prior to moving to The Villages.

I’d like to know how much research they actually did for this video. I’ve lived in and around Huntsville my whole life. While housing MAY be lower compared to the rest of the US, it is in no way what I’d call affordable. At least not for someone who makes less than $25 an hour. Yes there is more to do in Huntsville compared to 5 years ago. But I seriously doubt they oriented this video for the average blue collar worker, someone who has to work 60+ hours a week just to get by. I feel that 95% of this video is just pampering to the upper class, if not an outright lie.
