Great and inovative trainer. I have his AOS Providence and Newpotr DVD. Does he still recomend those two DVD's? I mean, it has passed around decade from the release, so I am wondering if he would change something today. I am reday to listen.

It is a consensus that High Society Monday’s are far more lit than Friday and Saturday nights put together, safer, and there’s awesome vendors too like the candy guy 🔥🔥 You have to get tickets ahead of time because they are private events.

Good stuff. I’m almost 66. First met Vinny in 1981 at Twin Oaks. Watching boxing in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, etc. Not saying this because I’m from RI, but very few fighters ( all time) had the heart, toughness, tenacity that Vinny had. Great talent for sure. Fought everyone. What a story! @ Anthony - we’ve never met but I know your wife’s family from the NProv days. Nice people. Blessings to all.

What they don't tell you when your young is that growing up is a trap. In my humble opinion the whole system is a set up! I consider myself extremely fortunate to have survived what I have survived. I can relate to your story and truly appreciate what you are trying to portray to the people! I personally had a life changing experience/ miracle with psychedelics, more specifically Ayahuasca at a place called rhythmia in Costa Rica. Next stop is the congo to do Iboga! Thank you for sharing

I like the moonwalking backward from the doors of death.. I'm going to keep that one with me for sure. When I came off methadone in 2008 in prison, I came off 180 mgs, I ended up in segregation for 40 days. I had 35 days, and I had absolutely no sleep when the methadone was no more. In 2008, they took you off 5 mg a day. The 3 a day after you got to 100. Pure hell. Wanted to die. Anyway, I began to sweat under my right arm for a few months really badly. Never wanted to do visits back then because of the sweating. I ended up in maximum security, and when I got there, a lump grew under my arm. It ended up being stage 4 cancer. Long fight. Went home to battle it after 3 years on 5, Etc. I would have never got back on if I wasn't being told I had a couple months to live, pain, brain surgeries, etc, I got back on 4 perc 30s every 3hours and 150 milligrams of methadone, 50 mg 3 times a day, for pain medication from oncologist. I would love to speak to you in person one day. I have some problems with fear of coming off the methadone because of that. Still. My friend told me to watch this. Idk what to do. I been coming down 2 mgs a week. Doctor took me off in 2018 because remission was over 1 year then. Perc 30s and pill methadone was gone and I'm on liquid. I am coming down. How do you get positive ? I would tell you of a book. It is hard for some people to realize, recognize, etc. I'm gonna tell you anyway. " The Power of Awareness" by Neville Goddard. My name is Vincent Lucas IV. From Cranston , born Providence. I AM 43 years young. Dancing in that storm like Michael. Cool show. Like to learn a few things about the come off (401) 536-6661 .
