Thank you. Are you sure the size of wrench to remove 4wd position sensor? It must be 22 mm socket.

if only changing the Low range gear ratio, does the transfer casing and shift forks still need to be ground down? regards.

What was wrong with the transfer case?

Mine pops out of 4wd low range, especially when going from loaded to unloaded...any ideas what could be the cause and if it's adjustable?

Six months late so you probably found a solution by now... did yours just fix itself? Mine did the same, I asked the Suzuki service manager and he rode it and told me to "thrash the shit out of the lever" which was quite funny. Basically told me to pull more firmly into 4L to seat it better and as it got some more mileage on it it would stop popping out, which it did

Hola Jaime saludos. Necesito una información tengo un problema en un jimny motor 1.5 nuevo modelo en el arranque a 15000rpm suena como una vibracion nose si te ha pasado o podrías ayudarme . Espero tu respuesta o ayúdame con tu correo para compartir esta falla que es a nivel mundial
