Let me be honest. What I hear here is a terrible base player, but amazing singer. I'm sure The police happened because of Sting's singing, not his base playing which later so greatly improved. What I also notice is a musician still learning and heavily knowledgeable of soul music, Jazz funk and the music of people like Stevie Wonder, Miles Davis, The weather Report, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Steely Dan and much else Sting never talks about that he learnt from and made him the great base player and musician he is today, yet all he talks about is Bach when you hear his interviews. Prince can be heard to have learnt much from Lobo in crossing over whom I have never heard him mention, but I've never heard him go this far in hiding where he got his lessons and inspirations from. In terms of Sting, it sounds great hearing him in his early days and seeing how far he progressed to the great artist he is today and all he achieved. He obviously has a great ear and knowledge of the black music he rarely mentions, but the sudden change to the reggae influence and how good he was at it is a testament to his great ear and versatility when concerning music as a whole and defines a special talent the greatest musicians have that propels them to the top and he so clearly had to. Fascinating stuff and thank you for putting this video up. Very inspiring for upcoming artist to see the kind of work and musical education one needs to achieve the levels of artistry Sting and many other great musicians achieved. Peace and love

If Geordi and Ro and the laser gun were all cloaked, ducking behind the table wouldn’t shield them from the explosion. Geordi and Ro can run through walls and solid objects but they can’t pass through the floor? Maybe they could, but they never needed to?

Something always bothered me about this episode... what were they breathing while cloaked? How did the ship's gravity plates hold them in place at all?

I find it odd that people enjoy wakes. I understand why they think it's therapeutic, but it seems selfish and perverted to me. There's nothing wrong with mourning someone.

In 2401 they should have done a real funeral for Ro that is similar, with Geordi handling it.
