You can also do this with Jinx btw. Her ability grants her a ton of AS, allowing for her to stack up Rageblade quickly. Jinx with 1 Rageblade and 2 Runa'ans go bonker, better than Ashe even, since Jinx's a Hunter, meaning she has a lot of AD -> Runa'an's mini bolts do even more dmg.
