I've seen the band 5 times over two tours in Sydney and Mark solo once in Seattle. All were brilliant. My favourite guitarist and band.

Their best show with Alchemy....The versions of all the songs were phenomenal, the sounds, the production, the atmosphere, in the 2000 years old roman amphitheater, in France, everything was perfect, and epic....Magic....I'm just sad they didn't played "tunnel of love"😢😂Nothing is perfect.....But, that was almost perfect (and they were all happy)❤Bravo DIRE STRAITS, ce jour là vous avez tous déchiré😂

Ótimos guitarristas há muitos, mas este grande mestre da guitarra é de sublime excelência, é único, a técnica, a musicalidade, o ritmo, o sentimento, a versatilidade das suas notas musicais, são possíveis só da mestria de um grande génio da guitarra!!!... P/ mim, é o maior!!! Bem haja!! E que continue a compor e a tocar, p/ m/ anos!!.. Será sempre c/ grande prazer ouvi-lo e vê-lo tirar sequência s rítmicas e melódicas de excelência!!!

I heard Sultans of Swing for the first time at 36 years old... and it instantly became my favorite song of all time. I dunno how it took me 36 years to discover this band. I've heard their songs before, like Money For Nothing, but never knew who it was and never took a big interest... but now I can't stop listening to them. Just an absolutely amazing band and Mark is an absolute beast on the guitar.

@@DEAJP10 Absolutetly, I think Alchemy is indeed the best live performance there ever was and I hopefully will never get enough of it :) But to be fair, pretty much every Dire Straits live performance was outstandingly beautiful.
