so, you can join earlier than 7:00 but you just have to press refresh at seven? also, after you have waited virtually is it a long wait inside the ride if that makes sense?

How does this work if we have park hoppers. the plan is epcot in the evening so technically my reservation is for magic kingdom.

You would have to try for the 1pm time slot potentially. I’m Not 100% sure.

@@baileyadams5694 You would have to go to Epcot first. you can only hop after 2pm and to join the vq at 1pm you'd have to be IN Epcot already, which is impossible if you do it second. Go to Epcot first and then hop to another park.

The disney portal for onboard check in is separate from the safe passage and you can start them both independently. Your disney portal will change from pending to approved after about 24 hours following all of your info being uploaded (Photo, passport) and the separate safe passage website will turn to pending after you upload your 12+ vaccination cards, and will turn to cleared only after you upload the kids negative PCR tests. Then the day of sailing it will go back to pending for everyone until you’ve done the health questionnaire and received the negative at port rapid results. If you have all 12+ in your party and have uploaded the Vax cards it should go to cleared but go back to pending day of. It took them just a few hours after we uploaded the kids PCR tests to go to cleared if I’m remembering correctly.

@@FamilyVacationGoals1 my wife and I did our online check in on 7 October and is still pending review now so I was wondering if this is normal but I guess if there was a problem they would contact me via email we sale November 6
