This was my First Car. I bought in in 1988 and I just got my license. Great car but the ball joints went in on it only a month after i started driving it and had a lot of Carb Problems. I think a lot of it was leftover VEGA stuff. Not of great quality. I think you could build a BETTER UNIT with the modern parts that are out there today. The exterior of the car is sexy for sure...but the components...not so much. Mine was Black with a gold pin stripe on the side. The Pinstripe reflected in the dark.

Beautiful. Back in the 1990s I had a 1979 Buick Skyhawk with the Roadhawk package. I had the salt because the. SpotvWelds were coming apart

Interesting. The sandblasted bib shown in the video doesn’t match the 78 bib put back on the truck. Why did you put South American rubber bumpers on it?

What frame or body did you use to stretch the rear fender? I'm really loving the look and I'm in the middle of building a 68 Mustang myself.

THE MICRO BALANCER = a great solution to an ongoing aftermarket parts issue- new drum BRAKE DRUMS produced without balancing weights or old drums loosing weights. You end up chasing a speed sensitive VIBRATION and naturally assume it’s the wheel tire combo that’s needs balancing AND/OR exclude the drum since it’s NEW.

Outstanding build on your Aztec GT! Is that a superchargered Subaru engine you had in it? I was told the windshield used was for a Corvette is that true? I'm also curious about the side glass did you use tempered glass or plexiglass? What would a build like that cost these days and about how long would it take to do? Thank you for your time. 👍
